“Three days before the end of the Metro Manila Film Festival, and we are happy to say that more and more people are watching films in the MMFF.
“We are grateful that people have gone back to the theaters to watch Filipino films once again, and the traditional audiences during the Holidays like kids and families are reinforced by the millennials and working class who have supported not just one or two but more and more films in the festival.
“As noticed by some sectors, there has been a harmonious arrangement made and agreed upon by the MMFF Execom, cinema owners and producers to give additional theaters to films without major studio backing.
“This year’s MMFF has proven that we need not sow hate to produce good results. All the systems worked well because there was goodwill and understanding among the stakeholders.
“Again, we have 3 more days to go – let us maximize our support to all the MMFF entries.
