  • 115 ml. mineral water

  • Honey

The Preparation:

Take filtered water and let it boil. When it does, add the ginger slices and cook for 5 minutes. Leave the mixture to cool down for 15-20 minutes and then strain it. Afterwards, pour a cup of the boiled water over the sugar and mix until it dissolves. Then, mix a third of the liquid with 1/2 cup of ginger juice and 1/2 cup of mineral water. Finally, add the lime juice and some honey and put a few lemon slices for garnish.
